Srija Gogineni is a Program Coordinator at Reach Out and Read of Greater New York. She has a background in global public health, with experience supporting community-based programs, research coordination, and program evaluation focused on advancing health equity for underserved populations. Prior to joining Reach Out and Read, Srija worked across academic and global health settings, where she coordinated projects across India and Uganda, managed data and compliance activities, and supported evidence-based interventions. In her new role, she plans to strengthen program implementation and partnerships with medical providers to support early childhood literacy and improve outcomes for children and families.
